How do I place an order?
You can order by selecting one of the open restaurants on the left of your screen. Simply click on the items you want and they will be added to your order.

How long does it take for delivery?
The average delivery time varies depending on the size of your order and the time of day but is usually between 30 and 60 minutes.
Please keep in mind that delivery times are simply an estimate. We will do our best to get you your food within the time we provide when you order, but be aware that some restaurants get very busy so your delivery time may be longer than expected.
You can avoid unexpected delays by scheduling your order in advance.
What are my payment options?
Corporate: Charleston2Go Gift Card, Cash, Credit Card and Company Check (company check address must match delivery address)
Residential: Charleston2Go Gift Card, Cash and Credit Card
If you are paying with cash please call us at 304-747-0022. Please let us know if you are paing with a bill larger than $20, our affiliated self-employed driver partners might not carry enough change to break large bills without notice.
What is the delivery fee?
Your driver will charge you $3.50 if you are within 5 miles of your desired restaurant. There is a $1 per mile distance fee if you are farther than 5 miles from the restaurant.
I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
Please call us as soon as possible so we can correct the issue. We will confirm with the restaurant regarding the mistake. Once we verify with the restaurant, we will either coordinate with your self-employed delivery professional to re-deliver the missing/incorrect item or refund you the amount.
We do not refund any orders without the consent of the restaurant
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant
